About Phyllis…

Phyllis Gallaway, a Senior Vice President and Associate Broker with Sotheby’s International Realty, joined the firm shortly after she began her real estate career in 1983. A skilled negotiator, Phyllis has sold in excess of $800 million in properties. Phyllis specializes in residential sales of townhouses, condominiums and cooperative apartments on both the east and west sides of Manhattan and is presently representing the sale of some of Sotheby’s International Realty’s most prestigious New York properties. She is an expert on pet-friendly buildings and has lived in Manhattan her entire life.
